UPGRADING FROM THE DOS VERSION OF BIRDAREA

If you have installed BirdArea for DOS you can purchase an upgrade kit to BirdArea for Windows. The kit consists of the BirdArea and EditData for Windows program files and other associated files, their users manual, and the latest issue of the range data file. After the new programs are installed they will have the same species lists and species ranges that they had in BirdBase 2 or BirdBase 3.
